It’s hard to believe that Opete and Agoro communities are just 10Kilometres away to Urban life . Situated approximately 4 kilometers away from the Ilorin- Ogbomosho expressway, these communities are isolated and neglected, making it difficult for residents to access basic amenities and services.
These neighboring communities have been facing a crisis of inaccessibility to clean water for decades. They rely on a nearly dry stream, which is also used by animals, for their water needs. The lack of basic amenities such as healthcare facilities, electricity, and proper education has further worsened their living conditions.
